Application Procedures

1. Secure application form from the Registrar’s Office for the entrance examinations.

2. Submit the accomplished application form, the required documents and ID photos.

      All prerequisites already submitted become the file of the school and will not be returned to the examinee. Only photocopies will be submitted after showing the original copy of the needed documents.

3. Pay the examination fee at the Cashier’s Office.

4. Take the Tests on the scheduled date.

5. Successful examinees should immediately enroll or at least pay the reservation fee (non-refundable but to be credited in favor of the student upon payment of tuition fees).

Requirements

1. Age Requirements

      Pre - Nursery         : 3 years old by June

      Nursery                : 4 years old by June

      Kundergarten        : 5 years old by June

      Grade I                : at least 6 years old by June

2. Admission Requirements

For Transferred Students:       

     1. Original Report Card (Form 138) duly signed by the school Principal 

     2. Certificate of Good Moral Character  

     3. Alien Certificate of Registrarion (for foreign Students)

     4. Original and Photocopy of Birth and Baptismal Certificate

     5. 2 pieces 1x1 ID picture

     6. Entance Test and Interview Result

For Old Students:       

     1. Original Report Card (Form 138) 

     2. Summer Grades (for sumerians)
