Library Services

        The School Library is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

         Library rules and regulations, which every student should follow, are the following:

1.  Every pupil should have a library card. The card is non-transferable and valid only for the term that is countersigned.

2.  Lost of library card should be reported immediately to the librarian. A duplicate card will be issued upon payment of Php. 10.00 at the accounting office.

3.  Lending the borrower’s card or borrowed books to another person is strictly prohibited. It subjects the lender to suspension of his/her privileges.

4.  Pupils entering the library are required to put their bag and books near the charging counter.

5.   Pupils may borrow two (2) books at a time.

6.   ABSOLUTELY no print and non-print materials belonging to the library are to be withdrawn without first being presented to the librarian for recording purposes

7.  All general reference books (e.g. encyclopedia, dictionaries, almanacs, atlas, etc.) and periodicals  (e.g. newspapers, magazines etc. )must be read only in the library.

8.   Books may not be kept longer that one week, but may be renewed for another week if not in demand.

9. Audio and Video materials and equipment may be borrowed from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and must be returned on the same day on or before 5:00 p.m.

10.  Borrowing of print materials for home use is suspended during the following

         seasons: Semestral Break, Christmas Break, and 4th Grading Period.

11.  Fine for overdue book is Php.5.00 aday.

12. Pupils with overdue books or with standing accounts in the library may be denied use of the library unless these are settled.

13. Lost books must be replaced with the book of the same title or similar subject matter.

14. All print and non-print materials should be handled with care to preserve them in good condition and to prolong their use.

15. Silence must be observed at all times in the library. Pupils who make unnecessary noise in the library will be subjected to disciplinary measures.

16. Chairs and library materials should be returned properly to their respective places.

17. Eating and drinking are strictly NOT allowed in the library.

18. Elementary  and high school students are not allowed to use the Pre-school

                         materials and corner.
