Health Services
1. The clinic is primarily responsible in safeguarding the good health and well-being of pupils and school personnel inside the campus.
2. The clinic is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is supervised by a licensed nurse and visiting physicians and dentists.
3. During the school year, the clinic conducts general dental and medical examinations. Ailments of pupils are further referred to their family physicians.
In case of illness, a pupil is sent home. Permission slips to go home, signed by the attending physician/school nurse and countersigned by the adviser or the Prefect of Students, is issued to the pupil.
4. When hospitalization is necessary, the pupil’s parents are immediately notified and the pupil is brought right away to the nearest hospital.
